very good very responsive to service request....service was quick....very good manners....the only negative was the wheelchair accessibility was not good..ramps very responsive to service request....service was quick....very good manners....the only negative was the wheelchair accessibility was not good..ramps were not located conveniently at level changes...some ramps that did exist were too steep.... Juan is definitely the guy to see if you go to Ferman I hate car shopping but Juan made it a positive experience. Juan was honest and no pressure. The dealership was good to work with but had extra profit I hate car shopping but Juan made it a positive experience. Juan was honest and no pressure. The dealership was good to work with but had extra profit "fees" added into a couple parts of the purchase agreement (private tag agency fee & dealer prep) so make sure you negotiate those into the deal. Enter Juan Flores who made the buying experience great. No high pressure sales tactics. We started via email and every question was answered above and beyond. When we came in for the test drive of several vehicles, Juan made it look easy. Again no high pressure but he knew exactly what I wanted (even before I did) and made everything fall into place.
