Enter Juan Flores who made the buying experience great. No high pressure sales tactics. We started via email and every question was answered above and beyond. When we came in for the test drive of several vehicles, Juan made it look easy. Again no high pressure but he knew exactly what I wanted (even before I did) and made everything fall into place.
