He wasn't pushy, didn't oversell the vehicle, but instead gave us friendly, honest customer service. His experience in the car business as well as his professionalism definitely sets him apart from what you'd expect to encounter at a dealership! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the time it took in the finance department. This is a reflection of the dealership rather than Juan himself. If your in the market for a vehicle, give Juan a chance to impress you, I don't think you will be disappointed! More

Juan is definitely the guy to see if you go to Ferman I hate car shopping but Juan made it a positive experience. Juan was honest and no pressure. The dealership was good to work with but had extra profit I hate car shopping but Juan made it a positive experience. Juan was honest and no pressure.
