This is hands down the best auto dealership I have ever visited. Five stars aren’t enough to do justice to this establishment and our salesperson, Juan, who deserves even higher praise. **Honesty** - visited. Five stars aren’t enough to do justice to this establishment and our salesperson, Juan, who deserves even higher praise. **Honesty** - I was upfront about our difficult credit situation, as my wife was nearly killed in an auto accident earlier this year. Juan and Grace Auto Group were 100% honest and transparent, with no ridiculous extra fees added. They didn't ask for an exorbitant five-figure down payment, unlike other places, considering our unique situation. **Open-Mindedness** - The entire team at Grace took the time to get to know us and build a relationship based on trust before selling us our Mercedes E350. **Willingness** - Here is a direct quote from Juan via text during the financing process: “Most banks have computers doing the approvals, but we have strong relationships with our lenders and prefer to get someone on the phone and do it that way. The human touch is always better.” I am going to buy every new car from Grace going forward. To top it off, the entire deal was completed over the phone and email, and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes. My wife was finally driving the car she deserves, and I will remember the smile on her face for a lifetime. Deceptive pricing tactics as well as unhonest salesman. First off he had me pick the car up, unwashed, with dealer stickers all over it. The day of sale is when I realized that there was a rip in the headliner to which i brought to Juans attention. He assured me that it would go on the list of items that the dealer would take care of but he never wrote it in thus I was met with there is nothing we can do about it from the OWNER of the dealership. I also want to make people aware of the fake dealer warranty they give out, covers %0 of ANY repairs. To make things better, engine oil was overfilled and when car threw a warning on the dash, Juan said “oh its fine” I was able to bring the car back after taking it home thankfully after speaking with the service manager who was helpful, they took care of the oil. overall experience with this salesman left a very sour taste in my mouth and its almost been a year since I bought the car. Will never return More

I’ve had the pleasure of working with a Juan at Grace Auto while searching for a vehicle for my son. Since I was located a few hours away from the dealership, as you can imagine, I had lots of questions Auto while searching for a vehicle for my son. Since I was located a few hours away from the dealership, as you can imagine, I had lots of questions, and it was also very time consuming for me to travel to see the vehicle. My customer experience was exceptional. Juan was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and extremely responsive with all my communication. I had questions and he was so quick to get back to me. As a single mom, car shopping can often be challenging and overwhelming. However, Juan and his staff and the management staff were wonderful. I can’t thank Juan enough for being a part of this memorable experience for my son, and I. I am forever, grateful, and appreciative of the kindness, patience that everyone at Grace auto offered. This will be the first place that I reach out to if I ever need to shop for a vehicle again, and I have already recommended Grace Auto to friends and family. More
