Juan G. was a true salesman and gentleman, the first time I visited the dealership, being I was without a car, @ 10pm he went out of his way and gave me a ride home to another boro. Then the finance managers I visited the dealership, being I was without a car, @ 10pm he went out of his way and gave me a ride home to another boro. It was a great experience and just when I was going to stop checking dealers and buy some used car from craigslist they got me the perfect deal. When I walked into Teddy's Nissan I was a little discouraged because I went to another dealer and they werer just trying to get me to say yes to any kind of car. when I arrived to Teddy's Nissan Jua discouraged because I went to another dealer and they werer just trying to get me to say yes to any kind of car. when I arrived to Teddy's Nissan Juan was standing up front ready to assist me. We sat down he asked me what brought me in and i gave him the whole run down, it's was my birthday and I wanted to get myself something very nice. He told me that he was going to take care of me and that I was going to leave there with a car and that's EXACTLY what I did.....yay When it was time to talk to the finance manager Eric Sheriff, even though my credit wasn't the best he gave me all available options that would benefit me and we both decided which one would be a good one. I appreciate these gentlemen because they didn't try to take advantage of the situation being that I was a female and I went in by myself. They didn't just try to feed me anything, they actually worked with me and gave me something that I was extremely satisfied with and and not something just to get the sale.... Juan Garcia and Eric Sheriff are the BEST!!!!!! More

I would like to really state how happy I was with my leasing a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder with Teddy Nissan. I bought a used car here and it just happend to be one in a million chances that the car has problems.. i brought the car back to the service department and let them check it out.. i received a loner car unt a million chances that the car has problems.. i brought the car back to the service department and let them check it out.. i received a loner car untill the problem was solved. the car had a little bit more problems then they thought.. i spoke with Gaberiel the sales manager and told him that i no longer wanted the car and that i prefer a refund or to have a new car. It took a few weeks to get everything taken care of but yesterday i drove off with a new and better car. Juan Garcia is a great salesman.. the sales managers Gabe and Alex took care of everything and one of the owners Steve took great care of me.It was a little bit of a wait but totally worth it! More

My overall experience was excellent; great customer service, great prices, very quick and friendly. All of the staff from the receptionist, to sales associates, finance managers and even the owner are service, great prices, very quick and friendly. Juan Garcia was great!! Please ask for him. The dealership is clean and confortable. The dealership has a great selection of New and Pre-owned vehicules. I was able to trade my broken down Jaguar dealership is clean and confortable. The dealership has a great selection of New and Pre-owned vehicules. I was able to trade my broken down Jaguar for a Murano. Julio was great in the finance and recommeneded different options. They are not looking just to sell you a car but to make you a customer for life. Side note: Plan your day to spend a few hours as the dealership is very busy. More
