Disappointed So I came in on Black Friday on an appointment made. I was attended about half an hour later and was seen by Juan. The reason for the 2 stars is because that night, I was able to take the car home, and before even leaving the lot, the brand new car I had just signed a lease on, was not functioning. The dashboard wasn't working and neither was the buttons on the steering wheel, as well as the heat in the back. They called the mechanic to come in as they were closing to have this fixed, and he did. Two days later, the lights completely shut off as I'm driving on the highway. Completely absurd for a new car. We brought the car in for servicing and they said they had to order a new piece.. I thought it was a new car that I was given.. why the need for a need piece already?? They are now making me drive a car without a dashboard until the piece arrives. This is absolutely unbelievable. What good is customer service if the product is completely dysfunctional? More
