Amazing team to work with !! I googled a Nissan dealer near me and Teddy Nissan came up. I hate sitting in dealers so to try to expedite the process, I chatted online to check the I googled a Nissan dealer near me and Teddy Nissan came up. I hate sitting in dealers so to try to expedite the process, I chatted online to check their inventory. I was quickly contacted back by Jasmine in the BDC dept. She made me an appt to go in. I went after work, they were very convenient with times, As soon as I walked in Juan G assisted me. He was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. He was honest and tried to help me in so many ways, from the sale, to even my insurance, even other employees got involved trying to help me with insurance. I unfortunately went home with no vehicle that night due to insurance issues. I told him I'd be back, he gave me his personal number. After i figured something out with insurance, I contacted him and he responded back. I made an upcoming appt for a couple days later. I went in and again was welcomed by Juan G even though he was with another customer at the time, he still acknowledged me. He got me some numbers, I then was walked in to Julio, who was extremely welcoming and nice. He helped me a lot as well. Made me feel very comfortable. He called Chris in and told him how to run my deal, and he was very nice and helpful as well. Gave me time for me to call insurance and worked with me, explained everything very well. Once Chris an my numbers Julio came in once again to assist with the deal and helped again. Once everything was completed I was walked out by Jeff and he explained my whole new 2017 Nissan Rogue to me. Everyone in the dealership was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and at home. They were all great people to work with, All in all I will definitely be recommending this dealership to people I know! Thank you Teddy Nissan. More
