After spending 3 weeks looking for a Certified pre-owned Prius in 2 states we decided to make the drive to Longo from the South Bay. He gave us plenty of time to get inside and talk about it amongst ourselves and test drive it in the huge parking lot. His honestly on the price (it was already marked down and would not be able to go lower) is what really sold it for us. Juan truly was what made the difference for us. There were at least 3 other pushy, slick salespeople at other lots that killed the deal. Juan didn’t pressure us at all and gave my daughter and me time and space to think and talk about our purchase. More
