I had a tough time getting to Juan. I was told my car would be ready in 90 mins. But I had to call Juan at least 3 times to know when my car will be ready and he wouldn’t respond/call b I was told my car would be ready in 90 mins. Finally he called close to end of the day to say I can pick up. I under Delays happen. But I expect some communication. After service, my car still shows ‘’maintenance required’. I’m not sure this is even your fault but after having my tires rotated there my car was making a horrible noise. Brought it to my regular mechanic and he said somehow my lug nuts were backing off of my tire tires rotated there my car was making a horrible noise.
