Had an appointment at 8:15 for an inspection sticker. I asked how long it would take and they said about 20-30 min. After waiting for an hour I go up to ask them about my car and they told me that they w I asked how long it would take and they said about 20-30 min. After waiting for an hour I go up to ask them about my car and they told me that they were just bringing it in to start the inspection. I ended up wasting an hour of my time and was late to work. Don’t schedule people for a specific time if you aren’t going to work in their car at that time. More

Was quoted 1 hour and 15 minutes for 20k service and inspection sticker. It took 2 hrs and 45 minutes. Completely unacceptable and I will never be returning to that dealership. inspection sticker. The last couple of times I have brought my car in, there is a long wait to drop it off even with an appointment. I was told my wait would be about an hour and a half for an oil change, a taillight bulb repl is a long wait to drop it off even with an appointment. I was told my wait would be about an hour and a half for an oil change, a taillight bulb replacement, and to diagnose why my washer fluid wasn't coming out on the front windshield. After 3 hours, I had to go find Juan to ask what was going on. He said it would be about 10 more minutes and then it took another hour. I asked again and he said it was being 'tagged up' but then I saw someone working on the taillight. I don't understand why what they did took so long and why I had to go find Juan every time to get an update. I understand places are understaffed these days but that is no way to treat a loyal customer. More
