Brought a 2006 highlander that I was going to buy for a safety inspection which cost $179. Was concerned about a shimmy/shake in the car when driving. I purchased the car on 4/4/23 based on what was found in your safety report. On 4/12/23 I brought the car to my Toyota dealer and they checked it out. The right rear wheel was loose and beaded new wheel bearings as a cost of $925. I wouldn’t have bought the car had I known that. Your $179 safety inspection was worthless More

I had an appointment at 11 to which I was told should be a quick “in and out” when scheduled. When I checked on the status of my vehicle an hour later they said they had JUST pulled it into the bay to start a quick “in and out” when scheduled. I was told that appointments were just made to guarantee I got in that day but that was it/the appointment times don’t really mean anything…. This would have been good to know when I scheduled my appointment so that I could have made arrangements for a drop off versus just waiting. There is zero respect for the customers time. They were also planning to do an oil change when all I needed was my tires rotated. More
