The reason we came back was due to the exceptional customer service, and the non-harassment to buy, buy, buy or get moving that you receive from other dealerships. The attention to detail that Scott Longaker provided during the detailed checklist run down was exceptional! My daughter was comfortable learning the vehicle for her first car. Juan Meza provided us with the initial meet and greet and checked in with my family even though he was busy with multiple customers (Thank you, Sir!). As we moved forward to finalizing the deal. I spoke to the Sales Manager (Cory M.) and he was extremely professional and answered ALL of my questions with detail (Thank you Cory!) Lastly, I was walked through the entire deal by Tim Dang the Finance Manager who made my wife feel like comfortable about the financial portion. Salesman was good , finance , and dmv department were awful. Finance added an item to our contract that was not legal but told me that it was. I involved the dmv and they told them it was illegal and t awful. Finance added an item to our contract that was not legal but told me that it was. I involved the dmv and they told them it was illegal and then dealer said they made an error. Also they listed the used car to the dmv as having 2 good plates , but when I got home I had no front plate. The salesman , manager, never called me to apologize. It took a month to get it all fixed. Had the finance guy put in the effort he made to sell me warranties, paint protection, theft protection, etc which I did not want. All in all —They did a bad job. For me —- The worst ever .
