Juan Meza and Scott Longacre helped us get our new Honda Prologue. It is our first EV and there was a lot for us to absorb and learn. They were responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We spent a lot of time with Juan, in particular, signing up for the EV app, Honda Electrification, etc., and he was consistently kind and patient. He even took me out for a "driving lesson," telling me to "take my time," as I sorted through the safety features and various settings. Scott arranged for us to borrow a charger while we wait for our at-home station to arrive. In this era when the internet is what mostly sets your price, the quality of your interaction with the dealership is the added value and they delivered. More
