I reached out to Juan about buying a new Telluride in a very competitive market; dealers charging $$$$ over MSRP, year-long waits for custom orders... I was not hopeful. He detailed a process that felt like a fantasy; quick turnaround on a custom order, MSRP pricing, refundable deposit, no required dealer add-ons... and he delivered 100% on each and every thing he said. Juan proactively stayed in contact the whole time from order to delivery, even if just to check in and say "No real update today, but I wanted to let you know everything's still going to plan." Juan was always patient, especially when answering all of my (sometimes repeated) questions. The day of pickup was absolutely zero pressure, and as smooth as the previous steps. Everyone at the dealership that I met was kind and welcoming. I'm still pinching myself, it could not have been an easier process. Thanks again to Juan and the Destination team!! More

They charged me for sealant on car after I told them I couldn’t afford it 6X. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor by including it at no extra cost when I bought brand new car, but then I not couldn’t afford it 6X. My previous car buying experiences with dealerships in Florida have been dreadful and I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience with them. I bought my vehicle from out of state and Juan was responsive via text and email every step of the way. He was so awesome to work with and I wish I needed another car just so I could work with him and this dealership. if you’re in the market for a vehicle definitely consider Destination Kia and ask for Juan!
