My one and only complaint about this dealership (which is not a reflection of JP or his service) is that for the second time, I have been able to leave with the vehicle, but have to return on another day in order to complete the financing/sales portion. Yesterday we purchased a pre-owned Mazda CX-9 from Pacifico Mazda. This was by far the easiest experience purchasing a vehicle that we have ever had. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so po Pacifico Mazda. This was by far the easiest experience purchasing a vehicle that we have ever had. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so polite and welcoming. We were greeted by Gina, the sales manager, and she immediately put us in great hands with sales associate, Juan. Juan easily answered all of our questions, went over some options with us, and explained and demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle in which we were interested. After the test drive, we were sold. Juan sat with us, answered even more questions, and got everything ready for us to move on to financing. At that point, Gina took over. She explained all options available to us and was very knowledgeable in helping us make the best decisions for us. When we were finished, Juan walked us out to our CX 9 and went over the features again to make sure we were at ease and comfortable driving it. We will be using Pacifico Mazda again very soon as we are searching for a used and reliable vehicle for our kids. Gina and Juan are already on the lookout for something that will work in our budget, and we have complete trust they will find the right car for us.
