The first time I was there, she spent 7 hours with me test driving cars and trying to make the numbers work. Unfortunately I was out of my budget that time so no sale. I stopped by again and test drove a great pre-owned car but again it was out of my range. After searching on the internet, I finally found a 2015 Mazda3 Sport I liked and it was in the right price range. Third times a charm because I bought it. Maia took the time to show me EVERY feature on every car I drove, never pushed me or tried to get me in over my head. She was so fun to talk to. Juan was nice to and worked with me on the price. My I recently met with Juan Cruz Jr, my second-time Mazda 6 salesman at Don Mealey's Sport Mazda, and I must say, this guy is absolutely outstanding. My situation was that I had bought a 2015 Mazda 6 (manual) from him last year, which was an amazing experience from day 1; but this year, I started regretting purchasing a manual car, considering Orlando traffic I started to get tired of riding my clutch all day long. I called Juan Cruz Jr and let him know my situation, and he got me in a BRAND new 2016 Mazda 6 automatic for almost the same price as I payed monthly for my manual. What I appreciated about Juan Cruz Jr the most was his honesty. Once he quotes you a price, you don't have to worry that the numbers will change by the time you sign the paperwork. He's a man of his word and I may just keep purchasing Mazdas for the rest of my life just to continue working with him in the future. Yes, he is THAT good. More
