OK dealership, wish prices were lower This was the first Mazda dealership I went to after deciding to finance a new 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 GT. We negotiated for hours – up until 2 hours after t This was the first Mazda dealership I went to after deciding to finance a new 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 GT. We negotiated for hours – up until 2 hours after they were supposed to close – before settling on an agreeable price. I told them I wanted a day or so to think about what color I wanted, but otherwise I left feeling pretty satisfied. I was confident I was getting a good deal. That is, until I called up Classic Mazda the next day and told them about my deal, and they offered me the same car for the same price except with the added Technology package, free of charge. I thought Sport Mazda was aggressive on their pricing, but – fair warning to all buyers – they weren't as aggressive as Classic Mazda. Point blank, Classic Mazda sells more cars at lower margins so they were able to offer me a better deal. I would advise anyone that if you're in the market to lease or finance a car, it doesn't hurt you to shop around. That said, I called back Sport Mazda and explained the situation to them. I spoke with Brian and told him I was going to make this really simple, that they could either match the deal or I would obviously just settle for dealing with Classic Mazda. They already ran my credit and they had my information so they didn't need to ask me to come in, have a chat, or whatever else when a simple yes or no would do. Long story short, they came back and matched the offer, and now here I am a month later, a happy customer driving my beautiful CX-5 every single day. Now that I've had some time on the road, I wish I would've gotten the ActiveSense package too, but hey, it's still a great drive regardless. I'll update my review as time goes on to reflect my experiences with this dealership and this car, but so far, so good. More

Submitted a verification through their website to confirm availability and received a prompt response from Mark. The following day, I drove over (~50 miles) to look at the vehicle. It was exactly as advertised. Then came the negotiation. I worked with Mark and Juan R. Cruz through this and we came to an agreement for purchase. Although I hate the negotiating part of purchasing a vehicle, Mark and Juan were very honest and agreeable to work with. On top of a great buying experience, the dealership has an Allstate rep onsite, which made the insurance transfer absolutely seamless. I left the lot with a feeling of having purchased a great car at a very good deal. Thanks for making this process go so well. More
