I was told the wait time would be around one hour 20 minutes. It took 2 and one half hours. I understand that Toyota is one of the most sought brands and dealerships are very busy. However, I come to realize that there is a problem in this system. Maybe is only working for Toyota. I have purchased and dealerships are very busy. However, I come to realize that there is a problem in this system. Maybe is only working for Toyota. I have purchased a different brand car at Toyota that does not get the expected attention , even though, I am paying for the service. Very frustrating the quality of service I have had the times I went to get my car serviced. Honestly, you probably won’t see there again. More
