I wanted a hybrid vehicle and made an appointment to meet with Juan who was readily available when I arrived at the designated time. He was true to his word and it is more beneficial to establishing a degree of trust in the relationship while processing information given. Test drives of two cars that I quickly agreed would be of interest to me were done early on. He seemed to know intuitively what felt right to me which is probably due to his great listening skills. As an 80 year old lady, this young man ranks in the top ten of customer service individuals without a doubt in my lifetime. More
