I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

Love the Service Center - hate the car. The car has not been as well made as my previous Toyota- would probably not get another Volvo. But this Service Center is wonderful. Piece of cake Easy, convenient scheduling allowed me to drop my car off before work and take a loaner vehicle for the day.
