I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

Excellent first service experience Purchased our XC40 in May so this was the first service experience. Easy check in process and was able to make my way to the customer lounge and got Purchased our XC40 in May so this was the first service experience. Easy check in process and was able to make my way to the customer lounge and got connected to the Wi-Fi. Was able to get my work done while I waited. Service was perfect and timing was about spot on. Couldn’t be happier with the XC60 & the person who sold it Our salesperson, Jason Hise, was more than helpful and accommodating in assisting us to make our decision. He was very knowledgeable about the car and it’s features and he spent considerable time explaining leasing versus purchasing. He was ready to take extra time to explain any questions we had. He was courteous and pleasant and genuinely concerned that we were happy with our decision. We’ve also had a wonderful relationship with Jud White for many years bringing in our other Volvos for service. He is largely responsible for us wanting to stay with Volvos and with Courtesy Volvo in particular. More

I love my XC 60 I had a great experience with my recent lease of an XC 60 at courtesy Volvo Scottsdale. Ben and Brock were fair and upfront with the numbers and I go I had a great experience with my recent lease of an XC 60 at courtesy Volvo Scottsdale. Ben and Brock were fair and upfront with the numbers and I got a great vehicle! Jud in Service was also very friendly and timely with getting the computer system updated. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t be there I was out of town and my wife had to bring our Volvo in for service Judd our service tech treated her with the upmost respect and I couldn’t be there I was out of town and my wife had to bring our Volvo in for service Judd our service tech treated her with the upmost respect and walked her thru the entire service process we had two bad tires on the front of our car looking at them from the outside they still looked brand new but on the inside of the tire was worn badly and bubbling Judd brought my wife out to the service area and showed her the damage instead of just saying to her you have bad tires we replaced them I liked that Volvo and Judd in particular were very professional and I would recommend their services to anyone already have as a matter of fact my name is James Jackson a Volvo owner and a courtesy Volvo service customer for life More
