I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

Visor replacement Andy said it would take 2 weeks to replace my visor. I called after 10 days, eager to keep the sun out of my eyes. Andy reminded me it would take 2 weeks and assured me he would call when it came in. 2 weeks came and went and I waited. After 3 weeks I called and got Andy’s voicemail and left a message. I called again the next day, Andy wasn’t available so I was put through to parts. Yes, they had my visor, I made an appointment with Jud to come in on Friday, my day off. 1.5 hours after arriving, jud says it’s the wrong part. But they can get right one in by Monday (?). Come back Tuesday morning (get to work late) and wait another hour or so. Jud says they sold my visor, but he pulled one off a 2016 that works... More

Pre-owned Tesla Model S Purchase & Repair Ed & Jacob were great during the entire quick and easy buying process. I just finished the paperwork for my 2014 Tesla Model S and found a problem wit Ed & Jacob were great during the entire quick and easy buying process. I just finished the paperwork for my 2014 Tesla Model S and found a problem with the charge port door. That's when I was referred to Jud. Jud took great care of me and my new-to-me Tesla. He even went as far as taking the car to the Tesla service center to get the part replaced. I can't believe how awesome the customer service is. More
