He goes the extra mile when it comes to service of my vehicle and ensures I am happy with it. He greets me as if I were a friend and is genuinely down to earth with me and my family. The Service staff work well together and you get a good feel for that during the short time you are there. It can be stressful and demanding in the service industry, so when you get good ones, they need to be acknowledged. Jud promised to buy me a new S90 if I said these good things about him...Just kidding:) Seriously, he's a great guy and really good at his job! I will definitely recommend this dealership! My complete experience from purchase to service was top notch! Also, a hands in the air shout out to Jeremy Sarnataro and Karina Regan for making all this happen.
