I grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1990. I have been with Volvo for 17 years because I love the product. When away from work I umpire baseball, and golf. When not doing that I love to spend time with my grand baby who is my angel in my life. I have the most amazing wife and 4 great kids. My favorite thing about Volvo's is that they are the safest car in the world. The best thing about working for Courtesy is they are family-owned and love their employees as family. My all-time favorite car is a Volvo C30. The goal I have for my customers is for them to walk away feeling satisfied and safe in their vehicles.

Volvo Valet Service was Outstanding I tried Volvo Valet for the first time for service on my XC60 and it was by far the best experience. The driver was very nice and friendly. My Service Advisor Jud White was EXCELLENT and kept me inform every step of the way. Lance Kalafut was amazing as always when working on my XC60. These two amazing guys really show that they really care. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST I WOULDN'T GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!! More

Used Volvo Valet today- excellent way to get my vehicle serviced by Judd and his team. They called me this morning to let me know that they were on there way and then they called to tell me what they foun serviced by Judd and his team. They called me this morning to let me know that they were on there way and then they called to tell me what they found and we got it all done safely and efficiently. I got a text when they were on their way back with my vehicle. Great experience More

I attempted to contac my regular service representative by phone after a check engine warning because I wanted to know if it was safe to drive the car. I left two messages over two days and did not receiv by phone after a check engine warning because I wanted to know if it was safe to drive the car. I left two messages over two days and did not receive a call back - I finally booked an appointment online. One day after the faulty part was replaced my car stalled and need to be towed back to the dealer - apparently the part didn’t seal properly- overall not a great experience More
