First let me say, I am not a fan of going to a dealership to look at cars. I have typically purchased by phone , internet sales for this reason alone. I sent an inquiry to Crest Cadillac on a vehicle I was i to look at cars. I have typically purchased by phone , internet sales for this reason alone. I sent an inquiry to Crest Cadillac on a vehicle I was interested in via the internet .The next morning I was very surprised to see a return email from Juda taking a video of this vehicle inside and out to send me . That right there made me pick up the phone and ask more questions. Juda was very professional and explained why I should come to the dealership to see the car and meet with him. He made me feel comfortable so I agreed to go. From the moment I met Juda, I felt he had my best interest at heart . He was patient, thorough and even pretty funny! 😆 At the end of the day, I had no 2nd thoughts or regrets purchasing the vehicle. I feel my deal was very fair and my needs were met!
