Left a message for Jim and never received a callback. I have been to Norwood Nissan about 11 times now and they are unable to fix a problem they created. I went there to have them fix a recall and left w I have been to Norwood Nissan about 11 times now and they are unable to fix a problem they created. I went there to have them fix a recall and left with a problem that my car never had for three years I have had it. They do not treat my issue as a priority and have not come up with further solutions how to get the problem fixed. Their communication is poor and I never receive a callback back from the other associate working directly with my issue. This is the second car I have bought there and I would never buy one again. More

The service department Jude specifically was great. However my issue is with NuCar. I have rain guards on my windows that were supposed to be Factory rain guards at the time of purchase $450. I asked about the rain guard because one was falling down. I was told that they were not Factory but were indeed WeatherTech just off-brand. And I was charged $450 for that when I bought the vehicle and then told ny Jude they cannot be fixed. I would like them to be replaced or fixed and I shouldn't have to pay for them to be fixed when I paid $450 for them to begin with. Car dealerships already have a bad rap. You either have integrity or you don't. More
