Easiest Car Purchase Ever! I recently purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento from Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. The billboards you see about Herb Chambers' dealerships are spot on - the whole experience is so much different than what I am used to. The showroom is non-pressure, clean and welcoming and the process was super easy. The salesman, Julian was down to earth, easy going and informative. He explained all of the features of the car during our short test drive. He knew the answers to all my questions. When we got back to the dealer and it was time to negotiate, that was easy too. Julian didn't play the back and forth game that most salesmen do. I asked for a fair price and I got a fair price, both for the car I was purchasing and my trade-in. When vehicle delivery time came I was blown away by Julian's thoroughness in presenting the vehicle to me. This was my second purchase at this dealership and my first with Julian. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia and Julian to anyone interested in purchasing a new Kia - you will not be disappointed! Ron More

It would have been great had there not been some slight confusion as to who the manager was at the beginning of the visit. Very personable and efficient manager, in Senee O'Connell. New salesman Alex very friendly and relaxed during the test drive. Herb Sochat took us through everything financial and the add ons with ease. Julian Aguirre is exceptional in his ability to walk you through the initial introduction to the car's "how to" list. Everything about driving it and using the controls was explained extremely well in a short and organized period of time. He's a tremendous asset to this dealership. More

From my past, I had a horrible experience purchas One June 11, 2014 I purchased a new vehicle (2015 Kia Sorento) from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. From my past, I had a horrible experience purchasing a car. I went to get my car fixed and I was interested in looking at new cars. Julian Aguirre was so helpful, he took the time to sit with me, talk about a new car and listen to how I had an awful experience with my last car. He was so generous, he got right to work and asked what I was looking for. I told him I like the Kia Sorento’s but I knew it would be out of my budget. He said “ Don’t worry, I’ll try and get you the best deal.” Later that day, he pulled up a 2015-Kia Sorento and I instantly fell in love! He gave me an awesome price and all I had to do was sign the papers. I got my new car on June 17, 2014. Julian made this process quick, easy, and fun for me. He took care of everything else! Also, he made sure I know how to work the navigation system and all the extra accessories before I left. Julian worked so hard and I appreciate all of his help. Great and friendly experience Two weeks ago, May 27, I came in to get my car looked at. Before I agreed to have it looked at I went to the showroom to discuss a possible trade in. Two weeks ago, May 27, I came in to get my car looked at. Before I agreed to have it looked at I went to the showroom to discuss a possible trade in. Unfortunately for my old car, it was time to go and I ended up leasing a 2014 Optima. Julian was awesome at helping me find a deal suitable for me. The irony of the ordeal was that Julian worked with me a year earlier and helping trade in the same exact car I traded in this time around. Julian worked just as hard then to get me in to a new car as he did this time around. Even remembered who I was. The deal was made and not only did I walk out with a new car, my brother worked with Julian and got him in a new car the next day. I had nothing but a great experience at Herb Chambers Kia Motor. Thank you Julian and to everyone who was kind enough to strike a conversation. More

So good we bought our second car a week later. We met Julian when we came to Herb Chabers Kia to look at secondhand cars to buy. As the car had only just come into the garage it needed a couple of things doing to it to make it right for us to take away so he made sure those were dealt with. He did such a great job of making us feel we were getting the best car and the best deal that we came back the next week to buy our second car from him. We trusted him and felt he gave the highest level of customer care. We would come back and buy from him again and don't hesitate to recommend him to others who are considering buying a new car. We met with Herb Sochat to deal with the paperwork and again felt he put our needs first in what we wanted as part of the new car package. Altogether a great team!! More

After purchase of the car there was a small problem with something as small as the glove box and antenna and he immediately made it his priority to make sure that I was taking care of and the car was repaired. Knowing what I do now, I wouldn't of gone anywhere else. I have had the car for a couple months now and love it!
