Over the course of 2 days, I spent 5-6 hours waiting (just waiting) for the finance dept in order to fill out my financing paperwork. The actual paperwork took 10 minutes to complete. Again, that was 5-6 hours over the course of 2 days to fill out 10 minutes worth of paperwork - that's excessive. More
