I entered the dealership looking for a Toyota Highlander to get out of my nightmare CarMax car. I went to look at two used Highlanders when Alvin came walking out. He was so kind but when it came to some te to get out of my nightmare CarMax car. I went to look at two used Highlanders when Alvin came walking out. He was so kind but when it came to some tech questions or questions about the car in general, he didn't know. (It is my first Highlander. I don't know how to operate it.) I went on a test drive and knew I was taking a grey 21 Highlander XLE with the XP package home. We did the finance application and I had my new car in about 1 hour (I was there all day but that was my fault) He even showed the maintenance records on the car for an added piece of mind! Alvin was so kind, he even followed me to CarMax as I went to return the car that I had for only a week. Then we went back to where he installed my plate. My only critique is that he didn't show me anything about the car, luckily I figured most things out pretty fast, but there are things I still don't understand. Other than that, it was an excellent buying experience, I have been to so many dealerships, Toyota and Lexus are absolutely the best when it comes to customer service. I absolutely LOVE my Highlander! More

I worked with Skyler on a vehicle purchase and he was wonderful. I drove 4 hours to get my vehicle and they were very accommodating Skyler had my car detailed and a full tank of gas for my long ride hom wonderful.
