4 starts because the staff in house was honest and up front. 1 star missing solely because of the greedy corporate folks on the phone that lie just to get you in the door. We went in the same evening, a little after 7pm and we walked out of there sometime after 9 after securing a deal on a 2020 Tesla Model 3. They made the process easy and I am pleased to recommend them. Kwame Pagon was the first to greet us and ultimately was our sales rep, He was knowledgeable and really helped us to get the deal done. Their manager Julian, was also understanding and explained everything, (I’m new, no credit history, just started a full time job) but they stayed true to any car, any time for any one!! Thank You Kwame and Julian, we’ll be back when it’s time to upgrade another car! More
