They are just trying to scam you out of an extra $10k without properly explaining the fees. They claim you are getting “free” lifetime warranty and yet I am paying for it with the $5k in fees for “certif without properly explaining the fees. They claim you are getting “free” lifetime warranty and yet I am paying for it with the $5k in fees for “certification” which really is their cost of business to not sell a bad car and should not be passed to me as if it is “free”. They should just include this in the sticker price but then their prices would look higher so they don’t want to do that. They bait you with lower prices and then scam you out of more money. More

Definitely to Juliana Jimenez and Tiffany Amos I have to give a 10 out of 10 in attention and professionalism since they have tried to help me in everything they could but I feel very disappointed with t to give a 10 out of 10 in attention and professionalism since they have tried to help me in everything they could but I feel very disappointed with the financing although I recognize that they are there to make money and I understand that I should look carefully before signing which I could not do since after being nine and a half hours at the dealer without having eaten anything, I wanted to leave and I did everything in a hurry and the person shows you the screen swiping quickly towards the signature when I checked the papers the numbers were completely changed to what had been discussed with the seller and when I tried to fix the problem, the answer was that I had already signed and although the financing supervisor tried to help me and change some numbers for me to understand it was not as it should be but I had already signed never sign before reading well and being sure that all the numbers are correct.
