My experiment started off by submitting an online inquiry to setup an appointment to test drive a few cars. Julie Phillips was quick to give me a call to setup an appointment for the next day. My wife and I arrived and Philip Heinz was able to pull a few cars out for us to test drive before we decided on the Forester. Philip was extremely curteous and able to answer all of our questions. We were handed off to George Shaffer who was able to get us approved, explain all of the additional warranties available, and we were out the door in no time at all.
