What an OUTSTANDING job Julie did from start to finish. I have a very busy work schedule, so my process started with a few emails. Than I was able to stop by the dealership, before closing. She had the trucks pulled up front and I was able to see them. She had so much knowledge about all the trucks. I than took sometime to think about what truck I wanted. Sent Julie and email in the evening and got a call 10 mins after the dealership opened. We worked through payment options and than she told me to come in 1 hour later. She told me the process would take 1 hour to sign papers. Julie keep her word on every part of the purchase. Julie was trading a gentleman named Dave. Dave was OUTSTANDING too. Dave was write their with us the whole process. Helping with getting the truck cleaned and showing me around the dealership. Dave took me to meet Kurtney in the service department. Kurtney show me are the service department and how to drop my truck off if I needed service. Just by talking with her, you know that their is nothing that goes on in that service department without her being on top of it. Meet with the dealership manager Ryan. Ryan worked with all of us from start to finish. Him and Julie work on get as many discounts they could apply to my deal. Here is the really good part. To told both Ryan and Julie what I wanted my payment to be. Not once did the come back to me with a number higher than I wanted to pay each month. When it was all done they came in 30 dollars less per month. They really work hard to make each deal work. I got to meet with Lloyd. Lloyd is their tech guy, that will show you every part of the truck. He program my phone to the truck, programmed my radio stations, ever told me about when you fill your tires up that this truck will beep the horn when they are at the correct PSI. So happy I got to meet with Lloyd. After meeting with him no need to read the owner's manual. I would recommend friends, family, coworkers, neighbors to purchase vehicles from Haasz.
