I was hoping to turn in a lease that had seen better days. Michael Landon and Julie Velez met me promptly for my appointment. I wasn’t expecting or prepared for the what they did for me this morning. Also at this time I met Brian Bolton the Business Manager and these 3 were able to get me into a beautiful new 2026 Jetta at an affordable price effortlessly. My words cannot explain how my wife and I felt leaving today in our new car. No one else in Atlanta could do what they did for us, not just the deal, but how they made us feel. They made us feel like family and they were willing to go above and beyond. Hospitality goes beyond signing the bottom line it’s all about the experience.
