Julie Young helped us with our second Explorer. She searched out everything we wanted and found it. Julie is very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars she shows you. Poor after sale service. Couldn’t care less Bought truck and noticed shake before sale. Brought back twice. States must be a flat spot it will wear out eventually. After ten other stops with double talk and bait and switch tactics it was refreshing to walk in at 1, and out at 4 sign, sealed, and delivered. No time wasted playing games! I stated what I wanted Julie took me right to the car. After a test drive and application she took the car to detail and gas it up while I signed the paperwork. Mark Z explained the contract clear with all my options. Julie walked me through the gadgets and even paired my phone to the car before I left. Happy and satisfied! Thank you Cronin crew. More
