Diego did an outstanding job today. Very pleasant to deal with. Found out after all my visits to dealer I should use lane 3 or 4 for an oil change. Toyota of Cedar Park made the whole experience of buying a new car easy and hassle-free. Eric Cartier and his Service Technicians inspected my Toyota Avalon for alignment & steering component wear. After checking the alignment and test drive, they told me that the car was still in alignment Toyota Avalon for alignment & steering component wear. After checking the alignment and test drive, they told me that the car was still in alignment and that the steering system was normal for a car with 91,000 miles. I appreciated their thorough inspection and assessment that the car not need any service at this point. I also was reassured that my car was safe to drive. Super work and highly recommend the Cedar Park Toyota Service Department. While waiting Julio Bernal showed me a Toyota Highlander and helped me with a hybrid 2021 Avalon Limited. I had never driven a hybrid Toyota and was impressed with the car’s performance and quiet ride! He also told me that the Toyota Avalon last production year will be 2022. More
