Igor Aranovskly would greatly benefit from additional training in customer relations. As a Sales Manager, he was not at all interested in supporting his Sales Team Member in making a sale to a very Interested buyer. Rather than personally reach out to General Manager Duane Massa, to inquire if he would honor the quoted sales price listed on the Internet, he turned us away despite traveling an hour and a half to Pembroke Pines. Thanks to Julio for going above and beyond and making that call himself. The sale moved forward without additional fees added to compensate for honoring the reduced sale price listed on the Internet. Thanks to Julio, Juan Carlos, and Audwin Lovinsjy, also from the Sale Management Team, for staying late to finalize the sale, despite the internet fails! Julio was very patient,; I took a long time to complete my lease-to-purchase deal (just busy with other things) but he sent regular, very courteous reminders. When we were completing the transaction, he ha my lease-to-purchase deal (just busy with other things) but he sent regular, very courteous reminders. When we were completing the transaction, he handled every issue thoroughly and constructively, The only problem I encountered was having to wait for a long time (about an hour) to see the financial officer to finish the final paperwork. This was difficult because I had my 5-year old grandson with me, but the other staff tried their best to help entertain while I waited. More
