When I purchased the car in Ohio, they recommended having the key fob batteries replaced proactively when the car was in for regular service. When I requested this at Maita, I was first told that I should wait until the car detects a low fob battery. I explained that this may happen at an inconvenient time and place and as the batteries are not all that easy to replace, I preferred them to be replaced at the time of service. The staff ultimately agreed to do this. I like the video the mechanic provides; however I think it does not replace the mechanic coming out for a quick chat to answer any questions, More

When you doing a test drive and you talk to people who are in the car they should be more clarity and honoring your word and not changing while you try to purchase a car the experience I had of trading my are in the car they should be more clarity and honoring your word and not changing while you try to purchase a car the experience I had of trading my brand new vehicle with less than 5000 miles and getting a new vehicle from them ended up Thinking that they could be a better approach with people who don’t stick with their words I was disappointed during the whole process, but the car I bought I fell in love with, despite all the other issues I gave in, but I feel that price gouging was done. The car was not cleaned inside. It was dirty so a lot of people may have done a test drive all that it is clean the car outside. I did not have a brand new car smell. We need more honest people whose will stick to that words. More
