Very pleased The gentleman that I was working with at the Hyundai in North Plainfield on Route 22, was named Julio. This salesperson was extremely personable, and The gentleman that I was working with at the Hyundai in North Plainfield on Route 22, was named Julio. This salesperson was extremely personable, and allowed us time to discuss our needs and gave us adequate time alone to discuss our decision in private before coming back for assistance. Additionally, he took extra time to explain all of the newest features to someone who is not very good with technology, which was extremely thoughtful and helpful. In the finance department, there seemed to be a slow down due to missing staff, but the director of finance was very apologetic and sat with the Co-leasee for extra time, once he was able to and explained the circumstances in a very apologetic way. We were very pleased with the staffing at this time, especially on a Saturday during the summer, which i imagine is a difficult time. We were dropping off the previous leased vehicle and left the same day with a new car and will probably continue doing business in the future. I referred one of my friends to your facility and I asked Julio which days he worked so that the person could meet him. He was that helpful. Thank-you! More
