Service Department I visited the Service Department recently twice for removal of a bolt in my tire and the following week for low air pressure in all four tires. As us I visited the Service Department recently twice for removal of a bolt in my tire and the following week for low air pressure in all four tires. As usual, my experience with the staff in the service department was excellent. In addition, I had the routine service and oil change done at the same time. Sergio, as always, came over while I was waiting for my vehicle to say hello. More

Very pleased with professionalism I worked with June in the service dept. she was very helpful and professional. I would recommend the people both in sales an service in your organization Asking to recommend your dealership with a yes or no answer is difficult. I would recommend the people both in sales an service in your organization as excellent. The issues I have has to do with the systemic problem of after a sale and getting to service. The sales part of my experience went wall up until I signed the sales agreement and paid for my car. I was kept waiting an hour or more for the after sales pitch for things I did not want. The service part of my the experience came when I received a recall notice. I was told I could not make an appointment. I tried going one morning only to find 20 people ahead of me in line. That was a disappointment. On a good note, when my car was towed in to the dealership the person [June] handling warranty issue was terrific. More
