Excellent service I had a problem with the air conditioner not working. I spoke with Service Rep. June Fraser who made arrangements for med to come in the following m I had a problem with the air conditioner not working. I spoke with Service Rep. June Fraser who made arrangements for med to come in the following morning. When I arrived she had all the paper work completed and the vehicle was taken in right away. It was found to be a defect that was covered under an extended warranty, and the necessary repairs were made very quickly. During my time there I spoke not only to Ms. Fraser, but to the service manager, and even to the technician who had worked on my vehicle. The amazing level of service was fantastic. I have purchased several Honda vehicles over the years at another dealership. My next Honda purchase will be at Herb Chambers in Burlington. If my experience this week is any indication of the level of customer service you provide, then why would I go anywhere else. Thanks again, Jim Pierce (A very satisfied customer! ) More

New Air bag ++ I had my airbag replaced -- June was awesome keeping me informed--the vehicle needed a battery and a sticker -- awes everything was done for me when I I had my airbag replaced -- June was awesome keeping me informed--the vehicle needed a battery and a sticker -- awes everything was done for me when I picked it up! and then I had my brakes replaced and air conditioning serviced once again -- everything went smoothly and June kept in contact ...no surprises! Best car-buying experience ever!! I bought my 2013 Civic from Sergio about 4 months ago, and it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Unlike other sales people I've dea I bought my 2013 Civic from Sergio about 4 months ago, and it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Unlike other sales people I've dealt with, he never pushed me in any way, just gave me the information and answered my questions, so I could make my own decision. It was quite refreshing! And last Saturday I brought my car in for service, and even though there was a pretty long line when I arrived, the staff was very efficient, so the wait was not as long as I thought it would be and my car was ready in a little over an hour! I will be back for service in the future and I will recommend the dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle! More
