I’m honestly disappointed with my recent experience at Hyundai. First, it took several days just to get an appointment. Once I got there, I had to wait quite a while just to get my 2023 Tucson checked in. Hyundai. First, it took several days just to get an appointment. Once I got there, I had to wait quite a while just to get my 2023 Tucson checked in. They diagnosed the issue and ordered a part on Wednesday — now it’s Saturday, and I still haven’t heard anything about it arriving. My A/C hasn’t been working properly for weeks, and despite the Florida heat and daily rainstorms, they haven’t offered a rental or loaner vehicle — just a casual, “Yeah, I know it sucks… you’re welcome to come pick up your car while you wait.” As if driving around in 100-degree weather without A/C is a real option. It’s frustrating that a newer vehicle like mine is already having these kinds of issues, and even more frustrating that the service feels like an afterthought. I expected better from Hyundai — both in reliability and customer care. More

It started in June trying to get someone to answer a question about my 2024 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid. No one would call me back, or seemed to be able to answer whether I needed an oil change, since it had question about my 2024 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid. No one would call me back, or seemed to be able to answer whether I needed an oil change, since it had such low mileage. I did have a problem with tire pressure sensor, too. Finally made an appointment for June 27, and took it in for service. The oil change was done, but I left with tire pressure gage, still not being addressed. Called to ask about that, from department to department and back, no one would answer or call back. Finally my advisor Jacob Devoe reached out and said bring it back in. It was there all day that day from noon and kept overnight. The tech crew drove to Naples, almost 100 miles to see if they could get it to work, I was told. Still didn't work, needed a part ordered. When I picked up my SUV, the backseat towel was flipped up on both sides, things pushed into the floor that had been on the seat, now spilled onto the floor, like someone had ridden in the back. And the both the front flooring and back was dirty. I had to clean the car. I called to complain, again no answer, just sent me around in circles back to the main line. Another appointment at noon on July 15, for installing a tire pressure sensor. Jacob again entered my SUV info. Leonel Osorio was scheduled to be the advisor. Jacob called around 4:30 pm to say they might have to keep it overnight again, because it still hadn't been taken in to be worked on. When I said no, and what was an appointment even for. He said he would speak to someone again and try to push it through. He called said it was done around 5 pm, but he wouldn't be there, someone else would assist me in pickup. A man helped check me out, told me my SUV was out to the side, searched for it, it was in the front. Upon getting in found a 7-8 inch scratch on the driver side mirror. Finally found the same guy who checked me out and showed him. He said it looked as if it would buff out. He asked for the keys, took off without telling me where he was going or how long it would be. I waited for about 10 minutes, he returned, got out said " here" and started to walk off. I asked if it buffed out, he said yes and walked into the building. So disappointed in the whole process. Jacob through it all was the only one that really tried to help. This is my second Hyundai, and never had this problem before, with the other one, and when it was under different management. More
