I think the service at this dealership has turned around from not good to very good. My service advisor (Ernesto Lopez was excellent. He kept me informed and ordered Ubers at no charge. When the vehicle was from not good to very good. My service advisor (Ernesto Lopez was excellent. He kept me informed and ordered Ubers at no charge. When the vehicle was ready, he sent another Uber. I love this kind of service. When I arrived to pick up me car there was a line as they were very busy. A gentleman walking by asked me if I needed help. I told him I'm here to pick up my car. He went behind the counter to get the paperwork and keys. He followed me to my car to remove the plastic seat cover and the paper floor mat. As it turns out it was the Service Director. WOW The service has improved greatly and I am pleased to say that me service was excellent. Thank You More

It was the worst experience we've ever had, requested not to have tires rotated as we were going straight to tire center for 3 new tires, they rotated and balanced against our wishes. we drove off with horri to have tires rotated as we were going straight to tire center for 3 new tires, they rotated and balanced against our wishes. we drove off with horrible thumping noises. Disappointed. Even though I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, I watched my Palisade site in the lot untouched for 4.5 hours. Every time I inquired, I was told it was always pending as I watched the wating room fill and clear twice while I waited. Then, when I insisted it was finally brought in and had the tires and brakes checked (something I did not ask for). I was told that since I waited so long, I was not going to get charged for the inspection (out of warranty by 1.5 months) of the rear drive and suspension issue (and noise). Which was NEVER done! The noise persisted after I finally left, and the bad suspension ride as well. SO no charge meant no inspection! (even though I was 'told' it was). I wasted the entire day (6 hours) waiting at the dealership for nothing more than an oil change and excuses of bad internal communication. The issue is worse. I still need to find a solution. More
