They completed the service and it seems to be done well, the only thing I would suggest is they keep the costumer informed about the status of the car being serviced and if they don’t have a part on the day the only thing I would suggest is they keep the costumer informed about the status of the car being serviced and if they don’t have a part on the day the costumer takes the car for service they should inform them, as I took my car for a recall on the car’s trunk but I wasn’t notified the day I took my car for service about them not having the part to fix the issue and my car was kept there longer than I expected and the 2 times I called to ask about my car I was left waiting on a call back and I only got information 5 days later that they were waiting on the part for my car to get serviced. More

I got my car in July of 2025 and had issues with my sales representative William. William did not go out and show me the car, he did not go over any details about the car and he did not go on a test drive wi representative William. William did not go out and show me the car, he did not go over any details about the car and he did not go on a test drive with me. William paid attention to every other customer but not me. William also got mad and argued with me about the Manager agreeing to my terms on the price of the car. William kept saying they are not going to do it and that I was lying about agreeing to the $350/month. After we were done signing paperwork William told me that he took my car that I just signed paperwork on, to the gas station to fill up my tank. William said he got out of the car and than realized he did not have the keys and he left my new car at the gas station at the pump. He proceeded to have me get in a car with him to take me to the gas station to get my car. This weekend my car showed that it needed a oil change so I took it to VW for an oil change. VW told me about issues with the brake pads and rotors, battery and windshield wipers and told me to take the car back to Hyundai as I only had this car for 1.5 months and is under warranty. I did this and was told to come in on Tuesday and they will inspect and replace what neesds to be replaced. I did this and handed my keys over to William. I then proceeded to wait for 4 hours with no updates on my car. I did not know if any work was being done on my car or where my car was. After 4 hours I went over to the service center and they said they did not have my car. I called the number that was on a text received. They said that my car was done and has been done for awhile. I went to the front desk and saw that my car was in the parking lot. I am unaware of how long it was sitting there. I asked for the front desk to get William and a manager as I was pretty upset. The lady at the front desk called William and he told her to have me take a seat as my car was not ready. When she explained that my car was ready and shes looking at it he hung up on her. I had a manager come over who was very apologetic and explained that I should have gotten updates and apologized for Williams behavior. I explained that he was a jerk even when I got the car. The manager once again apologized and the only work done on my car was the wipers. He said he spoke with owner and gave me a GC and apologized again. I spent 4 hours in the waiting room for just my wipers to be replaced. Absolutely horrible. I will recommend the manager who assisted me and the girl at the front desk as they were truly helpful. But William I would not recommend to anyone and I wish to never work with him again. More

Had 7:30 appointment for drivers seat not ventilating or heating. Told it would be 4 hours before they could get at it as all techs were busy. Called dealership at 5 P.M. Was told they got at the car an heating. Told it would be 4 hours before they could get at it as all techs were busy. Called dealership at 5 P.M. Was told they got at the car an hour ago(8.5 hour wait). No idea what the tech found. Asked to talk to the service manager as the service writer says he has no control over the service techs.. After a 15 minute wait, the service manager answered. She got to the tech and found the problem was only a disconnected wire. Thanks to the service manager but it is obvious this dealership has sold too many cars for their service capabilities. The constant up-sell of service by the service people is annoying. Have sold this car to my son and will buy another Hyundai Palisade but not from this dealership. They just don't have it together. Also, their lot is so congested that even driving thru is a challenge. More
