I set an appointment with them a week before. When I arrived there was a lady who I was talking with but I had to move up so others can get in. The conversation wasn’t over as I thought she woul When I arrived there was a lady who I was talking with but I had to move up so others can get in. The conversation wasn’t over as I thought she would walk back up to me and she didn’t. She went inside ignored me then when I said I was still talking she said oh I forgot. Who forgets? So then I was in the area were the reps were and asking questions because they said they were not able to get my recall done even though I had an appointment set. 2 weeks in advance and made accommodations for someone to pick me up. They blamed it on AI who made the appointment because they don’t want to pay a rep to talk to someone anymore. I guess this is the new blame on everything it was AI. Anyways after a while of being angry and wanting to speak to a manager a man who worked there was able to help me. I do appreciate him and can’t remember his name so sorry! But I can tell you I will not buy or a vehical or use this dealer for any work. It was a genuine sh?t show. More
