Wonderful customer service! We were treated well. Junior Hayes helped us into a 2019 Toyota SR5 4Runner Premium. Junior gave us good information on the vehicle and did not put We were treated well. Junior Hayes helped us into a 2019 Toyota SR5 4Runner Premium. Junior gave us good information on the vehicle and did not put any pressure on us. He is patient has a wonderful personality. He readily gave us pricing on 2018 and 2019 Highlander and 4Runner models. I would not hesitate to buy another car from him or recommend him to our friends. More

Easy to work with Jr was very down to earth, easy to talk to, easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made the process easy and convenient. He reached out during the process to check in but was not pushy at all. I would recommend Fred Anderson but specifically Jr Hayes if you are looking for a Toyota in the Raleigh area. More

10 STARS FOR JUNIOR Junior Hayes was an Absolute wonderful sales person. He was very understandable, helped me a lot, stayed on top of things for me, dealt with me for 2 Junior Hayes was an Absolute wonderful sales person. He was very understandable, helped me a lot, stayed on top of things for me, dealt with me for 2 weeks while I finally made my mind up and never pushed me to get something and left me be when I wanted to be alone which I LOVE. I hate for a salespersons to bother me and hover over top of me and I am looking at a vehicle and talking with my husband. He is a GREAT asset to Fred Anderson. Because of him I had a wonderful first time experience at Fred Anderson. HE NEEDS TO BE THE SALESMEN OF THE YEAR AND NEEDS 10 STARS OUT OF A 5 STAR RATING!!!!! I think it was Chris Vollmar that helped with the financing. More
