Two months later, we are thinking to shop around a small suv, either used or new one. We are thinking CRV or RAV4. We don't need the car in a few months, it is for future usage. I started off with Mark Langdon on Sunday and decided Monday to purchase car and wrote him an email and he passed it off to Pam Shelton. Well she told me to come in Tuesday night even though Mark was off and I would be taken care of just ask for Scott. I get there and it's very awkward they seemed surprised and no one was prepared to see me had to wait 45 mins before someone could help me. Punit was nice but didn't know what was going on. Thank goodness for Junior and Mike Hardy they saved the day. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Junior Hayes was a pleasure to wrap up with as well. He delivered my car to me and showed me all the features and helped me set up everything. I will be contacting Mike and Junior in the future if I have questions or need anything. They offered exceptional service and are an asset to Fred Anderson Toyota. With all that being said I feel Junior did a lot more for me than Mark has. Mark never even responded once I said I was going to purchase just passed it off to Pam and I have not heard from him or anything so I hope Junior can get the credit for my purchase. Thanks for Junior and Mike who ended up saving the day or should I say night as I closed the place down. More
