Great customer service I have purchased 6 Toyotas from Fred Anderson and Mark Langdon. He is very straight forward and does what he says he's going to do. Mark is low pressure and kept me informed of the status of my car throughout the process When it came to sign the paperwork there were no last minute unexpected charges. I couldn't ask for anything more. Sets the highest standard for what a car buying experience should be. When I went to pick up the car Jr. Hayes was so nice and spent lots of time walking me through the features of the car. He was very patient and did not make me feel silly for asking questions.
