Took my old 96 Accord for diagnosis. Was quoted 147, but received. Bill for $253.00. Problem not fixed , but covered up. Their reason for the issue for what I took it in for : possible after market IAC valv received. Bill for $253.00. Problem not fixed , but covered up. In addition, o had left all the parts that I had replaced on the passenger side floor w a new heater valve, that is now no longer there. Very very very disappointed and pissed off Lousy service plus to steal a new part I left in the car ????? Really ? More

I took my 2014 Honda CRV for service on my brakes. Justin Baker in your service department was very attentive as I described the problem with my brakes and also with the slow acceleration I was experiencing. Baker in your service department was very attentive as I described the problem with my brakes and also with the slow acceleration I was experiencing. They replaced front brakes and machined front brake rotors and lube calipers. The left rear strut was leaking and they changed that also. The brake fluid was found dirty so a complete brake fluid flush was performed. Justin Baker was very thorough in servicing my car. I received 5 star service. Much Mahalo! More
