The service department is great. They went the extra mile to get an out-of-stock part for my vehicle. They worked me into their already-full schedule in short order. They communicated effectively in advance about time and price expectations and they appointed a single point of contact to manage my service. And they provided a shuttle service so I could hang out somewhere while they worked on my car. I can't really speak to the price (car repairs are unique and not a market commodity) other than to say that it seemed reasonable in the end. More
