I knew what I wanted, and he helped me make it happen. Everything was done virtually, with a 5 minute phone call up front and the rest of negotiation was done over email. Justin and his finance manager, Branden Wright, were direct and honest through the entire process. All said and done, a deal was made within 24 hours. I cannot commend these two enough. Buying/leasing a vehicle can be a stressful and sometimes annoying experience, but I can't imagine using either of those words to describe this dealership. I guess there's a reason Justin has all those awards on his desk! More
