I contacted Prestige online and was directed to Justin for a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta SEL. His response was prompt, and he was willing to work with me right from the start. I knew what I wanted, and he helped me make it happen. Everything was done virtually, with a 5 minute phone call up front and the rest of negotiation was done over email. Justin and his finance manager, Branden Wright, were direct and honest through the entire process. All said and done, a deal was made within 24 hours. I cannot commend these two enough. Buying/leasing a vehicle can be a stressful and sometimes annoying experience, but I can't imagine using either of those words to describe this dealership. I guess there's a reason Justin has all those awards on his desk! More

By far, the best Volkswagen dealership in South Jersey, if not, the whole country. Having owned a few Volkswagen Jettas, I was ready to move up to a GLI Autobahn. Having visited other dealerships, I was not impressed with their customer service. Having purchased from Prestige in the past, from the initial email sent to Justin, I remembered why I would not purchase anywhere else. Justin found exactly what I was looking for, and answered every question, making sure I was completely satisfied. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we did everything "virtually." Regardless, everything was still handled professionally, and we had a deal with 24 hours. The best part by far, Justin brought the car and the paperwork to me, and took my trade in, saving me a 45 minute drive both ways! I cannot be any more happy with my 2020 GLI, and Prestige Volkswagen. If you are looking for a Volkswagen, backed by honest and professional people who truly care for their customers, save yourself some time, and go straight to Prestige! More

I found the VW that we were looking for online and called, Justin was the salesman that answered. The Volkswagen was available and in less than 3 minutes we agreed on a price. I offered to put a deposit on the unit with a credit card. He said that it was not necessary and if I wanted the vehicle He would hold it till we got there. I live over 2 hours away.
