Having visited other dealerships, I was not impressed with their customer service. Having purchased from Prestige in the past, from the initial email sent to Justin, I remembered why I would not purchase anywhere else. Justin found exactly what I was looking for, and answered every question, making sure I was completely satisfied. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we did everything "virtually." Regardless, everything was still handled professionally, and we had a deal with 24 hours. The best part by far, Justin brought the car and the paperwork to me, and took my trade in, saving me a 45 minute drive both ways! I cannot be any more happy with my 2020 GLI, and Prestige Volkswagen. If you are looking for a Volkswagen, backed by honest and professional people who truly care for their customers, save yourself some time, and go straight to Prestige! More

I offered to put a deposit on the unit with a credit card. He said that it was not necessary and if I wanted the vehicle He would hold it till we got there. I live over 2 hours away. When we got there he left us drive it to seal the deal. He took care of everything in a professional manner. It was a pleasure working with the dealership. More
