I had a great time getting a good deal and a nice car! I was on my way to Sunnyside's service department to get an estimate on what it was going to take to keep my 2006 Malibu Maxx on the road. Out of curiosity I decided to take a look at the cars on the lot. As I was thinking about the pros and cons of trading in my 2006, I met Denise. She showed me a couple of options to consider. There was no pressure, only suggestions and the consideration to allow me to think things through. I didn't even test drive a car on the initial visit. She called to offer me the opportunity for a test drive. Her personable, but not over-friendly or pushy, approach to the invitation made me feel comfortable. I took her up on the offer and I now own a low-mileage, like new 2019! She's good at her job! More
